Terms & Conditions 1. This proposal has been finalised after thorough discussions and mutual understanding achieved through personal meetings, WhatsApp conversations, and phone calls. 2. The dates are not confirmed and subject to our availability which may change without prior notice. 3. Final delivery could extent to 3-4 weeks due to some unseen circumstance. Please coordinate. 4. No dates are blocked till the booking amount is received and an acknowledgment for the same. 5. The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and serves as a confirmation of the booking and reservation of the event date. 6. Copyright - Rangrasm reserves the right to all photographs and film content. We may use a part of the content on our social media/website to promote our work. 7. Copyright - A non-disclosure agreement can be signed to restrict the usage of photos or videos by paying an additional 20% fee. 8. Re edit - the films will be allowed 1 rounds of changes after edit. 9. Permission - Client will obtain all permissions necessary for shoot at the location. 10. Drones are subject to DCGA & government regulations. The client has the responsibility of obtaining permissions to fly drone from the event venue and local authorities. 11. We should receive the wedding timeline & itinerary before the wedding commences. 12. Please note that photos of individual guests will not be entertained. 13. Family photos and their relation to be provided to us a week before events. 14. For destination weddings or Venue away from city we require a minimum of two rooms at the venue for our team. Ideally, accommodations for the entire team at the venue are preferred to facilitate seamless coverage. 15. Taxes - Applicable taxes are not included in the quoted prices and will be added as per prevailing rates. 16. Services not specified in the initial quotation will be considered as extras or add-ons. Any additional requests will be accommodated based on availability and will incur separate charges.
