TERMS & CONDITIONS - This proposal has been finalised after thorough discussions and mutual understanding achieved through personal meetings, WhatsApp conversations and phone calls. - Dates will be confirmed and reserved only after the booking amount is received and acknowledged by us. Until then, all dates remain subject to availability and may change without prior notice. - Please maintain your payment schedule to ensure a smooth delivery of photos and videos. - The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and serves as a confirmation of the booking and reservation of the event date. - Final delivery could extend to three to four weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. Please coordinate. - Copyright - RangRasm reserves the right to all photographs and film content. We may use a portion of the content on our social media or website to promote our work. - Copyright - A non-disclosure agreement can be signed to restrict the usage of photos or videos for a fee of 20%. - Re-edit - The films will be allowed one round of changes after editing. - Permission - The client will obtain all necessary permissions for the shoot at the location. - Drones are subject to DCGA and government regulations. The client has the responsibility of obtaining permissions to fly a drone from the event venue and local authorities. - We should receive the wedding timeline and itinerary before the wedding commences. - Please note that photographs of individual guests will not be entertained. - Family photos and their relation to be provided to us a week before the event. - For destination weddings or venues away from the city (Lucknow), we require a minimum of two rooms at the venue for our team. Ideally, accommodations for the entire team at the venue are preferred to facilitate seamless coverage. - Taxes - Applicable taxes are not included in the quoted prices and will be added as per prevailing rates. - Services not specified in the initial quotation will be considered extras or add-ons. Any additional requests will be accommodated based on availability and will incur separate charges. - Album selection to be provided within two months of the photos’ delivery. - A hard drive of a minimum of 1TB to be provided prior to the wedding. The hard drive containing all final and raw data will be delivered after the final payment.
